Awhile ago, Oswald got ahold of some land with a Motel on it. The owners refused to part with their Inn. Rather than go to court, Oswald did something better & implimented it into the park... Granted that they advertise Tikichiki on their building. Now their Inn is booming with park guests, they just may have to add more rooms.
