Los Angelas Downtown 100% Limit

Big city with moving traffic, support time cycle. Set heavy rain and give a realistic looking. I spent few days trying to making city now I have 100% capped and cannot add more. I but PC users will find this map, they may extend it. Make sure you put credit when using my maps.
