Welcome to Cliffside Cove Family Amusement Park! This is a hyper-realistic build of a fictional 1980's family style amusement park set in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Featuring a highly realistic depiction of a park that has sat empty for decades, this build is perfect for those seeking ultimate realism. The park features realistic decay, rot, overgrowth, structural damage, grafitti, and more that would typically be found in a park that has sat empty for decades. The park itself features historically accurate rides, realistic backstage and maintanance areas, staff areas, parking, and so much more. The park also sits upon a highly detailed and custom built cliff, hence where the park recieved it's name. This park is meant to be played as a scenario but can be played ****andbox if desired. With limited starting funds, this park will present a real challenge for even PC veterans in scenario mode. Over 80 hours of work was put into this build and I truly hope you enojoy the attention to realism and detail! :)
