Its the year 2100 and an intelligent mechanic from Wales named Dafydd Bevan (Pronounced: "Dav****") built a large floating steampunk Sanctuary to relieve the citizens of carmarthen from the high amount of pollution, however Daffydd and his community of 14,000 faced great issues with maintenance but never gave up. The sanctuary then became a symbol of great resilience, this then transported them to a small part of land to chain the island down and bought him and the 14000 to a clean and better future.
