Our Ertha - Part 1

This is "Part 1" of Our Ertha, a large multi-map zoo I'll be building over the next few weeks. This opening section includes an Entrance Zone, a Reptile House, a Beaver Enclosure, a Pea**** Aviary and a Lemur Walkthrough. This zoo is intended to be treated as a singular build upon completion, and it simply being uploaded in numerous parts due to complexity. LAG WARNING.
