Building shell for two 1x1 (4 x 4 m) staff facilities - workshop, small research hut, small keeper hut etc. 'Planet Zoo' style AKA old zoo style. Sink into ground to desired hight, currently set up was made to sit over water, however these extra pieces can be removed if not needed. Has signage for workshop, swap out for what you need. "Planet Zoo" theme.
