Designed to fit on the end of the bridge to the Rolling River ride in Silversmith Manor. Space laid out for two shops and two facilities, with room for an ATM at the back. If possible it's recommended to place the building first and then use Select Grid to lay down the path underneath, then add shops and facilities.
