Pirate port addition

Due to build limit my pirate port cant be expanded, so here is part 2, you see the pointed arch in the forground if you line it up with the one of the original found near the stairs leading to the docks it should blend in perfect, doesn't contain DLC WIP if it doesn't work please let me know by sending me a message n Xbox EDIT i added a planter near the arrows when placing in advanced mode so its easier to fine tune t by lining it with the planter to the right of the original build EDIT 24-1 added some windows to some of the buildings, alligned some off centered stuff changed some colouring errors and re****tesd the planter used to line up to creation which I also updated
