[AV] Working Parking Lot V2-4K(3984)

Working PL with tram buses and gondolas. More compact design than ver 1. All pathing has been created ready for path skin overlay. Signage 4 entry instructions-start pathing from both tram exits. Use game texture asphault/concrete 4 rd texture.
