My 1st PZ PS5 BP. Introducing the Zootopia Welcome Center & Animal Waterfall Gardens. A fully***erational WC with 4 F&D stalls ( Bernie's Bakes, Gulpee Soda, & CC Ice Creme & MS), RR, SR, Research Center, Trade Center, with 3 utilities needed to start a habitat (power, water, & purifier) right next door to the center. There are 4 animal display waterfall gardens (3 on the inside and 1 large one at outside rear). The utilities are non-visible and do not collide with guests pathway or heatmap. Includes simple path layout (instructs included) which consists of 6m 6x6 grid square on inside and 6m 4x6 non-grid on outside around large waterfall. There are 2 seperate staff path areas away from guests paths. Ground marker and beautiful ***ht lighting included. So*****ought was put into this piece of art to make it guests and pathway friendly as possible. Your guests will adore the waterfalls and I hope you do too. Hint: mow the gr*** with short terrain gr*** be4 placing to make ground placement easier. …
