In a age as advanced as this electricity is easily corruptible, so the mighty Emperor reverted to the tried and true steam power. This 10 teired fortress with barracks on top of outer walls proves a great defensive postion, and towers over the mighty city below, and is a testament to the power of the emperor and his order.
