Aquarium of time

My first build on PC2. An Aquatic Steam-Punk Clock Tower with 2 versions for your liking. Normal and overgrown. Moving parts and clock. Also there is a spot light in the back of the mid section that might turn on when the blue print is placed, just set it to disabled if you like. i think its a bug
